Strategic Planning Process
This process focuses the organization on achieving both long (3 year) and short term (3 months to 1 year) goals. The most significant point of difference with our planning process is that it is a process and not a one time event. We work with you over a 120 day period to ensure that the process becomes apart of your daily routine. This helps to ensure that your organization actually reaches the objectives of the plan.
The Strategic Planning Process:

Our process differs from other planning processes, in that we start with participants' personal goals and aspirations since we know from experience that for people to be effective and productive in their career they must be realizing their own objectives in life. The result is a focused approach by all members in achieving the goals of the organization, accountability, increased productivity and greater profitability.
The Strategic Planning Process is a natural complement of the Management Process...The Sequence of Management© and its functions of Leading, Communicating, Planning, Organizing, Resourcing, Implementing and Tracking. This process has 30 day and 90 day follow-up sessions facilitated by our consultants, all of whom are current or former CEO's. The follow-up sessions ensure that planning becomes a process, not just an annual event.
The fee for the Strategic Planning Process and its two-day planning workshop, 30 and 90 day follow up is from $7,500 to $12,000, depending on the size of your company and the number of participants. It can be held at your location, but we strongly urge you to select an off-site facility to ensure a focused environment. All fees are in U.S. funds.
